Reserve Asset
Management Module
Institutional-grade decentralised reserve infrastructure powering deflationary tokenomics, regulated stablecoin issuance, and AI-augmented compliance — built on Polygon, governed by code.
Three Layers, One Reserve Engine
RAMM is composed of three interlocked protocol layers — each independently auditable, collectively forming a self-reinforcing economic flywheel with no admin mint keys.
Core Protocol
The settlement backbone. Manages the primary RAMM token lifecycle including emission controls, burn mechanics, and on-chain reserve custody.
- 2.5% automatic burn on transfer
- No mint function — fixed maximum supply
- Immutable smart contract logic
- Multi-sig reserve vault custody
- Polygon PoS security model
rUSD Stablecoin
Fully collateralised USD-pegged stablecoin minted against reserve assets. GENIUS Act §4–§8 compliant with monthly attestation requirements.
- 1:1 USD collateralisation ratio
- Monthly on-chain attestation
- GENIUS Act §4, §5, §6, §7, §8
- SEC Reg D 506(b) registered
- Chainlink oracle price feeds
DeFi Primitives
Composable on-chain financial instruments: rRAMM bonds, vault tiering, and protocol-owned liquidity management.
- rRAMM bond issuance & redemption
- Tiered vault access (Sovereign → Silver)
- Protocol-owned liquidity pools
- 1.5% fee distribution to reserve
- QuickSwap & Uniswap v3 integrations
Deflationary by Design
Every RAMM transaction reduces circulating supply. No central authority can reverse the burn or issue new tokens — the protocol enforces scarcity at the contract level.
Auto-Burn Rate
2.5% of every RAMM transfer is permanently destroyed, reducing circulating supply on every on-chain interaction with no manual trigger required.
Fee to Reserve
1.5% of protocol activity is captured and redirected to the on-chain reserve treasury, continuously growing the backing for rUSD issuance.
No Mint Function
The RAMM contract contains no mint function. Maximum supply is set at genesis and only decreases over time through burn mechanics.
